Gestart werd met het afkurken van de tubes waarna het oppervlak is gestraald volgens Belzona specificaties. Daarna zijn natuurkurken ingebracht en is het gehele oppervlak uitgevuld met Belzona 1111 Super Metal om de pijpenplaat naar orginele vorm en maat te herstellen.
