Deze problemen waren het gevolg van langdurige blootstelling aan ruwe olie en andere chemicali\u00ebn, wat uiteindelijk het risico op lekkages en ernstige schade aan de apparatuur vergrootte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oplossing: hoge chemische en erosiebestendigheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De <strong>Belzona 1391 S<\/strong> coating biedt uitstekende bescherming tegen temperaturen tot 110\u00b0C en is ideaal voor apparatuur die constant ondergedompeld is in agressieve media. Voor toepassingen waarbij de temperaturen kunnen oplopen tot 130\u00b0C, biedt de <strong>Belzona 1391 T<\/strong> een nog hoger niveau van bescherming. Beide coatings zijn tweedelige systemen die niet alleen chemische resistentie bieden, maar ook zeer goed bestand zijn tegen erosie en corrosie. Na het gritstralen, uitgevoerd volgens de strikte Belzona instructies en methodestatements, werden de lasnaden en nozzles handmatig voorzien van een stripe coat met <strong>Belzona 1391 T<\/strong>. Deze extra beschermlaag biedt gerichte bescherming op de meest kwetsbare punten van het vat. Vervolgens zijn met behulp van hot-airless spray twee lagen <strong>Belzona 1391 S<\/strong> over het gehele binnenoppervlak aangebracht, wat zorgt voor een gelijkmatige en duurzame bekleding.
