Genau das hat Shell mit dem Pinovo PiSys 100 auf einer Offshore-Plattform erreicht.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Herausforderung: Korrodierte Rohrleitungen in einem sensiblen Offshore-Umfeld<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie standen vor einer gro\u00dfen Wartungsherausforderung: 125 Meter 6\u201d Durchmesser Rohrleitungen mit starker Korrosion und degradierten Beschichtungen ben\u00f6tigten dringend Aufmerksamkeit. Die Rohrleitungen befanden sich an der Au\u00dfenwand des Kellerdecks zwischen den Modulen C1 und C4, waren nicht nur schwer zug\u00e4nglich, sondern auch von sensibler Ausr\u00fcstung und laufenden Operationen umgeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Einsatz von traditionellem offenen Strahlverfahren h\u00e4tte Folgendes erfordert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vollst\u00e4ndige Einkapselung und umfangreiche Abdeckung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stillst\u00e4nde der umliegenden Systeme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deutliche HSE-Ma\u00dfnahmen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcber 1.500 Arbeitsstunden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Shell ben\u00f6tigte eine sauberere, sicherere und effizientere Methode. Hier kam das <strong>Pinovo PiSys 100<\/strong> geschlossene Strahlverfahren ins Spiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sung: Seilzugangsstrahlen mit dem Pi-connect-Werkzeug<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Statt Ger\u00fcstbau wurde f\u00fcr nahezu alle Strahlaktivit\u00e4ten Seilzugang verwendet.
