Genau das erreichte Shell mit dem Pinovo PiSys 100 auf einer Offshore-Plattform.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Herausforderung: Korrodierte Rohrleitungen in einer sensiblen Offshore-Umgebung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shell stand vor einer anspruchsvollen Instandhaltungsaufgabe: 125 Meter Rohrleitungen mit einem Durchmesser von 6 Zoll, die von starker Korrosion und besch\u00e4digten Beschichtungen betroffen waren, mussten saniert werden. Die Rohrleitungen verliefen an der Au\u00dfenwand des Cellar Decks zwischen den Modulen C1 und C4 und befanden sich in einem Bereich mit eingeschr\u00e4nkter Zug\u00e4nglichkeit, umgeben von sensibler Ausr\u00fcstung und laufenden Betriebsprozessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Einsatz herk\u00f6mmlicher offener Strahlverfahren h\u00e4tte Folgendes erfordert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vollst\u00e4ndige Einhausung und umfangreiche Abdeckungsma\u00dfnahmen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stilllegung angrenzender Systeme und Arbeitsbereiche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Umfangreiche HSE-Ma\u00dfnahmen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehr als 1.500 Arbeitsstunden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shell ben\u00f6tigte daher eine sicherere, sauberere und effizientere L\u00f6sung. Die Antwort war das geschlossene Vakuumstrahlsystem <strong>Pinovo PiSys 100.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die L\u00f6sung: Strahlarbeiten im Seilzugang mit dem Pi-connect-Werkzeug<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anstelle von Ger\u00fcsten wurde f\u00fcr nahezu alle Strahlarbeiten Seilzugangstechnik eingesetzt.
