PiConnect

Das PiConnect™ ist ein mittelgroßes handgehaltenes Strahlgerät, das für eine sichere, staubfreie Oberflächenvorbereitung in risikobehafteten Industrieumgebungen entwickelt wurde. Es wurde für den Einsatz mit den geschlossenen Strahlsystemen von Pinovo gebaut und ermöglicht es den Bedienern, eine breite Palette von Geometrien zu reinigen, vorzubereiten und zu warten – ganz ohne Gerüst, Abdichtung oder Stillstände.

Ideal für Spot- und Sweep-Strahlen auf flachen, gewölbten oder unregelmäßigen Oberflächen hilft das PiConnect™, die höchsten Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards einzuhalten und gleichzeitig die Produktivität zu steigern.

What is PiConnect™?

PiConnect™ is a pneumatically operated, closed loop blasting tool designed to be used with PiSys™ vacuum blasting systems. It provides full containment of blasting media, capturing dust and spent abrasive at the source. That means no masking, no containment, and no environmental release—even in ATEX zone 1 and 2.

Operators can safely blast in confined spaces, elevated areas or alongside other work disciplines, making PiConnect™ ideal for:

  • Offshore and onshore maintenance

  • Spot repairs on coatings

  • Equipment touch-ups in live plants

  • Rope access operations

  • Pre-coating preparation in confined or high-risk zones

  • Pipe Adapters – for 3”, 6”, 8” and 10” diameters

To operate PiConnect™, you’ll need a compatible vacuum blasting system such as PiSys™ Flex or PiSys™ 100. These units manage blast media flow, reclaim grit, and filter dust before it reaches the environment.
