PiHab™ is Pinovo’s modular, transparent enclosure system, developed to work seamlessly with PiSys™ closed loop blasting systems. Whether you’re blasting pipe structures or flat surfaces, PiHab™ provides a safe, fully enclosed blasting environment—no dust, no emissions, and no surprises.

What is PiHab™?

PiHab™ is a portable, flexible blasting habitat designed to fully contain abrasive media, dust, and debris during grit blasting. It acts as a physical barrier that eliminates airborne contamination and protects both the environment and surrounding equipment—especially in live or hazardous areas.

There are two main versions of the PiHab™ system:

• PiHab™ Pipe – for pipes, beams, and tubular structures

• PiHab™ Flat – for flat or irregular surfaces

Both systems are flame retardant, anti-static, and fully ATEX-compliant.
